Eligibility

In order to become a member of X-voter.com, you must be eligible to vote in one of the fifty states by meeting all of the following qualifications:

1. You are eighteen years of age or older,
2. You are a citizen of the United States,
3. You are not a convicted felon (unless your sentence is completed, including any probation or parole),
4. You have not been declared mentally disabled by a court of law, and
5. The address provided during registration is the residence address in the jurisdiction where you are (or would be) registered to vote.

I meet all of the above qualifications and realize that if I have answered this question falsely I may have my membership revoked without refund, see Terms of Use.
